GeneAbacus kit is a bundle of reagents, consumables and software for CRISPR-based gene editing efficiency quantification. Quantify editing efficiency in cell pools as well as the subsequent analysis of clones or organisms in a turnaround time of 5 hours.
The flexibility of the method enables the analysis of 32 samples per day under the same condition, regardless of the origin and sequence characteristics.
